272-Acre Industrial Zoned Land Deal Closes in Santa Teresa, New Mexico

Colliers New Mexico-El Paso and Killam Development are pleased to announce the closing of a ± 272-acre land sale in the Santa Teresa, New Mexico market. Engineering design and development will begin in Q1 2026 with first lots and build-to-suit opportunities with limited availability in the first phase.

Located within a designated Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), the property is strategically situated at the northwest corner of Pete Domenici Highway and Strauss Road, roughly four miles directly north of the Santa Teresa Port of Entry.
