Killam Celebrates TAMIU’s Future Leaders and Their Academic Achievements

We are pleased to celebrate the success of the future graduates of the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business who are members of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU). On April 21st, our President and CEO, Cliffe Killam, hosted a dinner to honor these students and applaud their academic achievements.

The Dean’s Student Advisory Council is comprised of high-achieving students who have distinguished themselves as leaders and who have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or above. They represent the best and brightest of the school of business, and we are proud to recognize and celebrate their achievements.

Representatives from the Killam team and TAMIU, including Dean Stephen R. Sears, Ph.D. and Roseanne Palacios, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, attended the dinner. As one of the Top 50 Best Colleges for Hispanic Students, the Killam family and company uphold the school’s mission of developing a new generation of business leaders through rigorous coursework, stand out faculty and professors, along with specializations and certificates, such as the Oil and Gas program, to function in a globally competitive environment.

The Killam team and Human Resources shared potential internship and employment opportunities over great conversations and a delicious dinner.

As a company, we value education and the pursuit of knowledge. We believe that investing in education is a critical component of our commitment to building stronger communities. We thank the students for joining us, and we look forward to seeing the impact they will make on our community as they embark on the next phase of their lives.

In recognition of their achievements, the Killam team put together a special gift for each student. We hope that this gesture of recognition and celebration will inspire these students to continue to strive for excellence in all that they do.

Congratulations to the future graduates of the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business at TAMIU. We are proud of your achievements and wish you all the best as you embark on your next chapter. For more information on careers and internships, please email pgmartinez@killamco.com.
